  • 3% commission based upon contract price for New Construction

  • Full commission paid no later than permit pick-up

  • Effortless transition between realtor, client, lender (if necessary), and builder with constant communication for all parties involved.

• Referral Qualifications:

  • ​Realtor must complete the Realtor Client Registration Form below BEFORE any communication is made with the Client and Builder. If a Client reaches out to the Builder and begins corresponding before the Registration is completed no commission will be paid.

  • If a Client through their own research, begins working with the Builder and subsequently purchases a lot through a non-referring Realtor, no commission will be paid

  • All Client Registrations are valid for 1 year. If a contract with your Client is not executed within 1 year from date of the original Registration, you must Re-Register.
