Beth graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a dual major in Business and Law, and a minor in Accounting. She has managed the completion of over 500 residential homes in SW Florida ranging in cost from $150K to well over $2M. Additionally she has been responsible for the management of over $200M in commercial construction projects while serving as a Project Manager in the Washington, DC Area for both the public and private sector. Beth specializes in lot selection/due-diligence advisory, pre-construction planning, construction design, value engineering, permitting, estimating, contract negotiations, onsite construction management and warranty.
Jeff graduated from Ferris State University with a BS in Engineering and spent 10 years working in Research and Development as a Project Manager for a large German company, working with multiple European automotive manufacturers. Additionally he is a Commercially rated pilot and former Flight Instructor. He has been involved in construction here in SW Florida for 15 years, owning a sub-contracting company, before starting Gulfshore Development in 2017. Jeff has been directly involved with thousands of homes and commercial projects in SW Florida. His strengths include structural design and value engineering, plan and design review, construction standards and quality control, conflict and crisis management, and managing all phases of the construction process.
