Beth Cooper

Beth Cooper is a graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts (Business/Law). With extensive experience in both residential and commercial construction, Beth has overseen the successful completion of more than 500 homes throughout Southwest Florida, ranging from $150,000 custom residences to luxury estates exceeding $5 million in value.
In addition to her residential expertise, Beth has managed more than $200 million in commercial construction projects while serving as a Project Manager in the Washington, D.C. area, leading initiatives across both the public and private sectors.
Beth’s expertise spans every phase of the construction and development process, including lot selection and due diligence, pre-construction planning, construction design and blueprint drafting, value engineering, permitting, estimating, contract negotiations, onsite construction management, and post-construction warranty services.
Recognized for her leadership and professional achievements, Beth was honored as a recipient of Gulfshore Business Magazine’s prestigious “40 Under 40” award in 2021.
Jeff Spencer

Jeff is a graduate of Ferris State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering. He began his career in Research and Development, spending over a decade as a Project Manager for a large German corporation, collaborating with several leading European automotive manufacturers on advanced engineering initiatives.
In addition to his engineering background, Jeff is a commercially rated pilot and former flight instructor, bringing a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to every project he undertakes.
For the past 20 years, Jeff has been deeply involved in the Southwest Florida construction industry, first as the owner of a successful subcontracting company before co-founding Gulfshore Development in 2017. Throughout his career, he has played a direct role in the construction of thousands of residential and commercial projects across the region.
Jeff’s expertise includes structural design and value engineering, architectural plan and design review, construction standards and quality control, conflict and crisis management, and overseeing all phases of the construction process from inception through completion.
